01 // SCOPE

1. What Arcline is

Arcline is a browser extension providing vertical tab management, Spaces, Split View, and related desktop productivity features for Chromium-based browsers, with optional cloud synchronization.

The Free tier operates entirely on your device with no account creation or internet connection required.

02 // LICENSE

2. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Arcline.

You may use your license across personal machines and browser profiles. You may not reverse-engineer to bypass licensing checks or redistribute the proprietary cloud sync service.

03 // PURCHASES

3. Payments & Ownership

Lifetime and Supporter tiers are one-time payments processed securely by our authorized Merchant of Record.

A single payment grants permanent access to the features included in your chosen plan, including all future non-breaking updates within that plan tier.

04 // REFUNDS

4. No-Refund Policy

Because Arcline is a digital software product with immediate feature activation and unlimited offline evaluation via the Free tier, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.

We encourage all users to thoroughly explore the Free plan before upgrading to a paid lifetime license. If you encounter any technical issues with your license activation or sync, our team is always ready to assist and resolve them promptly.

05 // LIABILITY

5. Service Availability

The local extension operates offline and does not rely on third-party servers.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime for cloud sync, cloud infrastructure may occasionally undergo scheduled maintenance or unexpected provider interruptions.
